I am a Methodist Minister living in Handsworth, Birmingham with two churches, Lozells Methodist Church Centre and Villa Road Methodist Church and shared responsibility for the 37 Birmingham Circuit Methodist Churches. Living in a new context where creativity, culture and faith is so diverse and vibrant I listen to people's stories and reflect upon our common humanity. I lived for 7 years in Malvern with responsibility for 3 churches and enjoyed engaging with the community especially at The Space. Married to David, we have two children who are now following their own career paths. I first trained to be a nurse at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham and worked for 30 years in many different areas of nursing, including Marie Curie Nursing, School Nursing and Practice Nursing. In the summer of 2012 I was ordained in the Methodist Church and also gained a BA in Applied Theology at Queens Foundation Theological College, Birmingham. I enjoy creativity, music, film and being with people.

I am passionate about transformation of society for the common good, environmental, equality and justice and peace issues.
